Specialist Disability Accommodation
Specialist Disability Accommodation or SDA, is a housing arrangement for participants with complex support needs. Under this support service, the accommodation is made accessible to help residents live as independently and safely as possible whilst carrying out their day-to-day activities with or without assistance- depending on their needs and NDIS plan.
At Neighborhood Disability, we enable you to avail of one such suitable accommodation option that meets your needs and requirements and also aligns with your NDIS development plan. Eligible participants receive SDA funding, which can be used to cover the costs while they only need to contribute a minimal amount for rent and other daily living expenses like electricity bills.
