NDIS Transport Services Provider in Neighborhood disability service
There are many people with disabilities who find it difficult to access transport or travel on their own.
At My Core Support, we offer NDIS transport services for participants in Melbourne and Sunshine. We help NDIS participants develop the required skills to travel independently by providing them with complete guidance on various tools and equipment. Our goal is to ensure that participants can access public transport and travel to their destination independently.
Our support workers will help you feel more confident in travelling by assisting you in your travel. For instance, if you have a medical appointment scheduled, we can accompany you either via public transport or can drive you to your appointment.
Health Alert – COVID-19
Neighborhood disability service continues to monitor the developing situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The health and safety of our staff and clients is our highest priority. We have procedures in place to manage infection control and we are doing everything we can to identify risk of infection and prevent the spread of the virus. We are constantly monitoring updates from the Department of Health and updating our procedures as new information is communicated.

The National Disability Insurance Agency has also outlined their Disaster Response.
